Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders

If item is not in stock: Orders are processed or the 1st and 15th of each month. Please allow 2-4 weeks after those dates (and depending on where item is being shipped) to receive your purchase.

Always consult a professional or feel free to give us a call before you “restore” luster, condition or remove marks from your Brand Product. At Brand we welcome inquires and will offer our best advice via email or over the phone. Brand is dedicated to providing a “more than" experience from our first contact with you and throughout your purchasing and delivery journey. As a company we want to be available long as long as you need our advice or guidance regarding our recommendations on the care of Brand products.

Product and Materials

Brand by-product leather is bought in amounts to accommodate our twice monthly order schedule and therefore many have SLIGHT variations in color and character imperfections. At Brand we feel this only enhances the final product that we offer and you will receive. Please be mindful that genuine leather is a porous material and based on product “experiences” will change it's patina over time.

Because Brand Bags does not order in bulk amounts I do not keep a significant amount of product back stocked. Brand does not order in bulk amounts because I want to ensure and supply each and every customer that we serve with the “freshest” product possible.
